Doing Business vs. Building Business

Michael Gerber's E-Myth Revisted talks about building your business as if you'll franchise it. He suggests that business owners focus on creating repeatable, profitable systems that will streamline such things as administrative functions and accessibility. By doing this, you can spend more time building your business and less time running it. What systems are you implementing in your practice to support this idea of a franchise prototype?? Do you think this model can only work with a "storefront" business? What obstacles can you foresee or have run into by adopting a model such as this with a service delivery business?

NON Face to Face Client Interactions

One best practice standard challenging psychotherapists pragmatically and conceptually involves the necessity to have non face to face interactions with clientele. Some therapists feel this is "ambulance chasing" while other therapists have difficulty with the administrative/technological skill set needed to accomplish this task.
